How does it work? 

LEVEL 1: YELLOW BELT (CHF 1,995)

ILSSI or CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed for a professional who requires an understanding of the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology and its Tools and Techniques.

 

A Yellow Belt typically will support process improvement projects as a part of a team. The internationally recognized certification exam consists of 60 multiple choice questions - exam is included.

LEVEL 2: GREEN BELT (CHF 2,995)

ILSSI or CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed for a professional who wants to be well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Tools and Techniques and to lead small to medium sized process improvement projects.

 

The 3 hour internationally recognized ILSSI / CSSC certification exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions - exam is included.

LEVEL 3: BLACK BELT (CHF 4,995)

ILSSI  or CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for a professional with no previous Lean Six Sigma training or experience but who need the top level of training in order to lead large and critical improvement projects.

 

The final ILSSI or CSSC certification exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions - exam is included.

UPGRADE FROM GREEN TO BLACK (CHF 2995)

ILSSI and CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for those who have already completed an ILSSI or CSSC Green Belt training class.

The final ILSSI or CSSC certification exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions - exam is included.
