Black Belt Upgrade Training and ILSSI or CSSC Certification
The 3 day classroom ILSSI / CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt upgrade course is designed for professionals who have recently passed their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and want to go to the top level of understanding, application and certification. The certified Black Belt will also have the statistical analysis tools to be able to take data-drive strategic decisions, project selection and change management at an enterprise level. The exam is a 4 hour 150 question proctored exam.
Each Student is provided with a Lifetime license of SigmaXL Statistical Analysis software used in the class exercises.
Note: This is NOT the IASSC exam because that certification is only valid for 3 years. The ILSSI and CSSC (Council for Six Sigma Certification) exam certifications are valid for a lifetime. You are allowed a FREE Re-take of the exam.

COURSE PREREQUISITES
Students must have completed the IASSC, ILSSI or CSSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course prior to taking this 3-day Black Belt course. Any training provider for Yellow or Green belt training is an acceptable prerequisite.
Those students without previous Green Belt training should consider taking the 5-day Green Belt course
REQUIRED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
A laptop computer is required for this class. Check for the minimum system requirements here.
A Full Copy of SigmaXl Statistical Analysis Software is provided to each student as part of the training fees.
