International Lean Six Sigma Institute Switzerland Accredited and Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed for a professional who requires an understanding of the basics of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology and its Tools and Techniques.
A Yellow Belt typically will support process improvement projects as a part of a team. The internationally recognized certification exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions - International Accredited exam with ILSSI,org is included.
LEVEL 2: GREEN BELT :

ILSSI or CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is designed for a professional who wants to be well versed in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Tools and Techniques and to lead small to medium sized process improvement projects.
The 3 hour internationally recognized ILSSI/ CSSC certification exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions - exam is included. Complimentary life-time licence of SigmaXL is included.
LEVEL 3: BLACK BELT :

ILSSI, or CSSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for a professional with no previous Lean Six Sigma training or experience but who need the top level of training in order to lead large and critical improvement projects.

ABOUT SIGMA XL SOFTWARE
We demonstrate and teach the basic uses SigmaXL as part of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt course. We provide all students with a full perpetual licence of SigmaXL as part of their class fees.
About us:
John Dennis PMP MBA - Director and Master Black Belt
John is a seasoned practitioner, facilitator, coach and trainer of Process Improvement, Quality control, Lean Management and Project Management in Manufacturing, Services and Information Systems environments.
He has worked with Senior Operations Managers and Executives in Capability Transfer via coaching and mentoring to educate them in the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
Clients have recently included NHS, UBS Bank, STAAR Surgical Group, Hoffman La Roche, Zimmer Biomet, Ferrexpo Mining, Novatis, Croda Chemicals, The Welding Institute, Morrison Data Services, Renolit and State Farm Insurance.
John has been a PMP with the Project Management Institute since 2000. He graduated from Loughborough University in Physics, York University in Education and also has an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
John has worked extensively in UK, Switzerland and USA.
